| Gerry Gordon - President |
In 1977 Gerry Gordon became a franchised Mazda dealer and converted his British car enthusiasts to the excellence of Japanese automotive engineering and handling in such cars as the rotary RX7. In the 80s the little shop for small cars became a large dealership that earned a reputation for the best Mazda sales and service in Manitoba.
Although the little shop that had attracted racers and import aficionados has grown into a large and impressive South Winnipeg dealership, Gerrys philosophy of customer service and personal attention has never changed. The same welcoming atmosphere that was there in the 60s is still in evidence today.
Gerry Gordons commitment to the future extends beyond his excitement for the current Mazda product. Although he is delighted to show off the latest in Mazda engineering at his showroom on Pembina Highway, Gerry welcomes the opportunity to share his enthusiasm with people who drop by to view his on-line showroom.

Hard work, product knowledge and a passion for the car and truck business have taken Richard Petroff from the start in 1982 to Gerry Gordon's Mazda in 2007. Richard learned about the car industry when he was employed at Woodland Ford of Cold Lake, Alberta in 1982. From there he went off to work for the Bank of Canada, in Vancouver, which led him Ottawa in the mid 90's. In 1992 Richard left Ottawa and the Bank of Canada, headed to Winnipeg. Upon arrival in Winnipeg he decided to pursue his passion for cars, Richard got in on the ground floor as a Sales and Leasing consultant with a local Mazda store. Recognizing his talents he was quickly promoted to Business Manager. In 2006 Richard was awarded a member of the Mazda Canada Master Sales Club of the Elite level. Since his achivement, Richard has come to Gerry Gordon's Mazda where his invaluable experience has provided a position of Lease and Finance Manager. Richard really enjoys his relationships with Mazda and the Zoom Zoom spirit, while continuing to build on these merits.
